- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Refund Rights
You can request money-back for your purchased service within 7 Days.
Note: We do not refund if you have taken the consultations from the doctor. If you were unable to attend the video session, but you have made a payment, then 100% money-back is guaranteed.
In order to exercise, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by submitting the form below. Moreover, you can call us via 0777704696.
We will review your request and once we decide you are eligible to refund, we will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We get the decision. We will send you the refund document with the values via email. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refund
In order for the services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The services were purchased in the last 7 days.
- You must not attended to the session you have requested & paid for (Attended sessions are not subjects to be refund).
- You can request a refund in case of a technical issue.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
